Belardiak is the culmination of a neo folk solo project initiated in 2016 by Ngen-Winkul, guitarist/vocalist of the pagan Black Metal band Eltun.

The idea of this project is to express a form of nostalgia and melancholy, mixed with the experiences of rural life in the countryside of southern Chile, using the guitar as the main means of expression.
This demo, El Umbral de la Pampa, was conceived in the wild and recorded in a small studio in the town of "Villarrica", with nothing but an acoustic guitar and a synthesizer.
